Thurlow Nunn Luton

Thurlow Nunn Luton were helpful because the purchase of the car and interaction with the salesman was seamless. I would have given an even better response however the car came with no wheel locking nut and the boot had a space saver foam lining in place but there was no space saver wheel and kit. At some stage someone had removed it and not put the original foam carcass back. I have had to order a locking nut from Toyota.

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Luton was positive because it was a relaxed experience. The sales staff were always on hand but didn't feel pushy or over bearing. The whole experience felt professional, informative and well presented throughout. The car I was interested in was immaculate inside and out making a 5 year old car feel like it was brand new. I brought my last 2 cars from Thurlow Nunn and would continue to do so if they maintain this level of customer experience.

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Luton could have been better because I could have been treated better, some of the experience was very unprofessional and not how I would expect to be treated. I was lied to that the car had been serviced and it wasn’t. A really cheap tire was fitted and I bet they do not sell those ones. I asked for the wipers to be changed and they wasn’t I asked for the battery condition to be given to me and they wouldn’t give it to me. If I had been treated fairly, with respect and professionalism then I would gladly give a high score but my treatment was far from acceptable
